Beyond the Beats: Ken Jordan of The Crystal Method & RJD2 in Conversation

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Ken Jordan and RJD2 are two of electronica’s most acclaimed renaissance men. As one half of The Crystal Method, Jordan has given us dance floor anthems and platinum-selling albums, collaborated with rock’s elite and soundtracked films, TV shows and video games. RJD2 has brought his funky, restlessly creative production style to four solo records, plus collaborative projects and remix records; somehow, he’s also found time to run a record label and compose the theme to the multiple Emmy-winning series Mad Men amidst a relentless touring schedule. These two business-savvy beatmakers will talk about how they’ve built enduring, fulfilling careers that go way beyond the dance floor.
